Let Mom start her weekend with some movement and fresh air at a free beginner-friendly jazzercise fitness class. No registration or RSVP is required. Participants must bring their own fitness or yoga mat.

Another option for movement and fresh air on Saturday morning is the Bike Carmel: Family Fun Ride consisting of 2 miles of biking on paths and trails, plus a bike rodeo for the kids! There will be fun and games before and after each ride! It's free to sign up, and every registered participant will receive a swag bag and t-shirt! Registration begins at 8:30 a.m.; Ride rolls out at 9:30 a.m.
